Part One – “How To Develop A Lifestyle Of Motivation” Series
Motivation shouldn’t be something that comes in spurts…it should be a part of your very essence. Even if you weren’t born with an outgoing or aggressive personality…you can become a positive, optimistic and motivated person if you want to!

True and lasting motivation must come from within. You must want to change and become a person who lives a motivated life. The “switch” that will make that happen is: You need to find YOUR very good reason for doing so.
Once you make the conscious decision to live a motivated life…in the beginning it will be an act of discipline. There are principles, if you make them a pattern in your life on an ongoing and consistent basis, that they will not only direct your life (and your business) but will change you permanently.
Motivation at its core is very personal and can only be achieved by making it a part of your very existence.
When you realize you are in control of your changing to become a motivated person, you’ll need to carefully examine your life for areas that are negative and critical, and replace them with positive thoughts and actions.
Life without motivation:
- Dependent on others
- Lazy
- Negative
- Unimaginative
- Dull
- Frustration
- Failure
Life with motivation:
- Self confidence
- Energetic
- Optimistic & Positive
- Imaginative
- Exciting
- Objective
- Successful
Upon choosing to start living your life in such a way that you are being “motivated on purpose”…you’ll notice the change in your life almost immediately and you will begin to hear comments from others that con- firm that change.
Keep a journal of your progress. It will help keep you motivated and it will ensure that you make progress each day and deter you from slipping back into your old ways.
