When a big company announces that they are going to be releasing something new, you need to realize there are going to be thousands and, in some cases, millions of people who  want  to  know  how  to  use  that new product.

This is a technique that anyone can do. For example, when Microsoft releases a new Windows version. There are a large  number  of  people who want to know how to use it.  It’s a hot market that exists because of interest in the product that has just been released.

What  can you have do in order to profit from that?  It’s simple.  You could  have  gone  to  Microsoft’s website and downloaded a trial version of the new Windows. It’s available prior to their larger releases.

You could then install it and simply do Camtasia videos of that whole process  as  you  learned it.   There are a number of forums and websites that consistently posted screen  shots  and  information  about the new Windows operating systems.

You can simply read through all those websites and written what you learned in a single book covering all the different techniques.

People may think that is plagiarism. That’s not true.

Look at how a textbook is written.  It’s  just a paraphrasing of several books. If you look at its bibliography you’ll see all  the places that research has been gathered from in order to compile information into a book.

With the bibliography, you are giving credit where credit is due. You always want to do that.

One way to create a product would be to take all the information you learn and put it in your own words, the way you understand it. If you don’t have time to compile all the information necessary, you don’t have to. You could very easily have someone else gather the information for you.

You need to make the person’s job you hire to do it a little easier by telling them where they should go to get this information. Once they go there, they can grab the information and write your book, tutorial, manual or whatever you want to call it, on how to use whatever your topic might be.

There  are  some  common  places  you can go to hire someone to do this ghostwriting for you. Places like Upwork.com or Freelancer.com are probably two of the most popular places to find a person to write an eBook.

Sometimes we seem to make product creation harder than it has to be. You don’t always have to be the one who comes  up  with  the  idea.  Sometimes, it works just as well to elaborate, embellish  or  instruct  on  ideas  that have already been market-proven.

So, don’t be afraid to ride the coat tails of someone who has created a product with a motivated market behind it, especially if it helps you fast track your way to success.
