In this article I’ll talk about habits. Maybe “systems” would be a better word than “habits. We want to develop systems or habits that enable us to accomplish more.
If you ask any 10 Productivity Experts for systems or habits to stay on track and get more things accomplished, you will get 10 different methods, but all of them will rely on just a couple of basic ideas.

I’ve done a lot of research on this topic, and I’m continuously buying books and reviewing strategies to see what other people are coming up with regarding this subject. You could say I’m looking for the Holy Grail of strategies. After all the research I’ve done… my conclusion is…it all boils down to one simple idea and that is… lists!
Of course, it’s not just the list but rather how we utilize the list in order to accomplish more things in a shorter period of time.
There are two basic types of lists:
- To Do Lists
- Exclusion Lists
To Do Let’s start out with some basic ideas here that are all built around the same premise.
- You have X amount of time each day (1440 minutes)
- You have X amount of tasks to accomplish each day
- No two days are alike. Each day is slightly different.
